# Cannot create order with custom\_invoice\_url

Receiving `Invalid invoice url, invoice file does not exist or cannot be downloaded` when creating orders.
I’ve verified the URLs I’m providing are valid URLs. One of our vendors requires we use custom packing slips, so this feature is vital for our workflow.
We have an automated job that runs weekdays in the am that started failing without a deployment on our end.

I think this may be due to a character limit on URLs, which I believe is 245 characters. The URL you’re trying to pass appears to be 309 characters.
