Hello, we are looking to automate low inventory item alerts, in specific, our “shipping-boxes” which is under a specific tab in SH. This table is NOT considered inventory, so you can’t pull that much info from the API’s so after some research, when I pull a CSV through the API’s I don’t get “on-hand” count. Why is that? It’s the only thing I need from that entire table (aside from item name). Anyone know a way around this? ---

Hi, @rest25, welcome to our dev community. There are currently no API calls that allow pulling or pushing information of boxes and packaging items unless they are treated as normal SKUs. Have a great day! ---

Thank you for the quick response, any plan to get that included in the API’s? They have all the other box info aside from that, sadly.
