Hi, we’re a 3PL company using ShipHero and we need an on call expert to help us navigate automation rules and other technical kinks in ShipHero when the need arises. Anyone available or any recommendations will be highly appreciated.

Hi @christinav

It looks like you have issues using the UI. I recommend using the help button in the ShipHero portal. A representative will help you through email. If the problem can not be resolved, a call might be scheduled.

If you need help with PUBLIC-API, we take call consultations at a fee. Let me know if you are interested.
