Hi,
I am trying to create an order with expedited shipping.
The following is what I had sent when I use create\_order

“shipping\_lines”:{
“title”: “Express”,
“price”: “0.00”,
“carrier”: “cheapest”,
“method”: “sf\_expedited”
},

However my shipping is still showing standard.

Hey @oneye,

Thanks for reaching out!
Would you mind sharing the request id for this mutation and the order id as well?

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Best,
RayanP

Hi Rayanp,

I had figured out the problem. It had to do with state code for the state and country code for country.
Is there a way for me to know what are the possible values for shipment methods aside from “sf\_expedited” using the carrier “cheapest”?

Hey @oneye,

Thanks for hanging in there!

Since there is no way to query shipping methods through the API, you will have to use SF App to see your available options.

You’ll need to open any order in SF App and on the right hand side of the screen you’ll see your options:

Hello @daniellanger.
For the time being, we won’t be adding this feature to the current agenda. I will let you know if this changes in the future.
Have a nice day!

hey @tomasfd got it. So how are we supposed to know what a valid shipping line is when creating an order from the API for a given customer?

Hi @daniellanger

The only way to do this is to check through the UI.

Have a nice day!
