# Error Retrieving Order Details

Hello

I am working on integrating the ShipHero API into my project. When I try to retrieve order details using the /orders endpoint, I am receiving a 500 Internal Server Error response.

I have rechecked my authentication credentials and endpoint URL, and everything seems to be in order. I am still not able to successfully fetch the order details. IK have checked [ShipHero API Developer Resources – ShipHero](https://software-help.shiphero.com/hc/en-us/articles/4419296860429-ShipHero-API-Developer-Resources) but didnt help .

Has anyone else faced a similar issue while working with the ShipHero API?  
I would appreciate any advice on how to troubleshoot and resolve this error.

The endpoint you should use is [https://public-api.shiphero.com/graphql](https://public-api.shiphero.com/graphql)

If you still encounter an issue with this endpoint, please share the complete request and response to help you troubleshoot and resolve the error.
