# Help! ShipHero will not allow me to login

Hey all,

A client gave me access to their Ship Hero, setting up my email and a password so that I could take a peek at their order data.

However, whenever I attempt to login, the login screen first starts loading, then it “loads” and brings me right back to it as though I hadn’t clicked “LOG IN” yet.

I have tried changing the password to no avail.

For any issues with the UI, please reach out to support through the usual channels. You can ask your customer to put in a ticket on your behalf.
