# Inventory Snapshot STUCK for MONTHS!? Can't even generate a new one

Hi @tomasfd - wow I didn’t know about that!  
During my solution hunt I did come across [this](https://community.shiphero.com/t/inventory-snapshot-stuck-at-enqueued/1206/7) thread, and every single time the SH engineers solved it from the backend, so I figured that’s what’s needed right now too.
