# Recurring Data Exports always empty for our 3PL client account?

Hi! We’re a client of a 3PL that uses ShipHero, and we’re trying to set up Recurring Data Exports. Access is turned on for our user, and the `data_exports` query in the Public API goes through fine with no errors. But FULL and DELTA always come back empty. We’ve been checking for a few days and still nothing.

Did we miss a step in the setup, or do exports just not work for 3PL client accounts?

Hi! This is expected and not a problem with your setup. Recurring Data Exports aren’t generated for 3PL client accounts right now. That was a deliberate decision, not a bug. Support for 3PL client accounts is planned for the future.
