# Shipment update webhook on 3PL

Curious if the Shipment Update webhook event works for customers on 3PL accounts - we set up a webhook but it seems to be not receiving events

Hi @sara!  
Absolutely, they should be linked to the customer account.  
Do you happen to have a request\_id I can use to check your account information and webhook setup?
