# Shipping box, weight and other post shipment info no in Shiphero dashboard

Is there a reason why the basic post shipment info isn’t tracked in the shiphero dashboard/app?

The only access I have to that is in the endeavor 3pl billing app.

Is there any chance you could send me a request\_id from that post shipment?  
Or the order id from the order you are referring to?
