I am getting an error response while trying to create a return with create\_label = true;
Is it possible to get the label via email?

Hi @Mahibur!

It looks like you are sending:

_ **shipping\_carrier: “crr\_wms\_1” shipping\_method: "md wms 1"** _

And that carrier might not exist to generate a return label at [https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/returns/shipping-carriers](https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/returns/shipping-carriers)

If you want to generate the return but not the label, try using _ **create\_label: false** _
This will generate the return but won’t try to create the label for that unexisting carrier.

Please let us know if we could provide a better explanation or there is anything else we could help with.
Thanks in advance!
Tom
