Trouble processing Returns through the Redo API connection

Our team has been having trouble successfully processing returns through ShipHero. By all indications, our onboarding rep helped us successfully connect Redo, our returns provider, and ShipHero. Returns seem to be flowing into ShipHero correctly whenever a return is triggered in Redo.

When our team has tried processing and completing returns first in ShipHero, they do not feed properly back into Redo and the return is not officially processed. When our team processes the return first in Redo, our customer gets refunded and the return completes in Redo but does not react in ShipHero. This has been a consistent problem for several months now and we have not been provided a reliable fix. How can we make sure that these two applications are working properly together?
