Hello!

Running into an issue with the initial token creation. I’ve set up the call in Postman and get the response “Unauthorized request”.

Appreciate any guidance on where this might be off compared to the documentation here [Getting Started – Developer Resources | ShipHero](https://developer.shiphero.com/getting-started/#authentication)

Hi @ejj !
Welcome to our community! And our apologies for the delayed response about this.
It could be related to those Headers (8) but we have also experienced some issues regarding Auth0 this past week, so that could be related. Are you still experiencing the issue?
Have you tried creating a 3rd Party Developer user? Or using the Terminal and using that cURL request posted on the article?
Thanks for the patience!
Tom
