# User\_quota "Unexpected Error"

Hi,

We just started getting “Unexpected Error” when checking user quota.  
Example “request\_id”: “5f89e12ca462953c3d01486b”

hello @jwzI try to get same error using same request you did, but Im not getting any error

I’m getting this:
