CSV Export of Boxes Table

Hello, we are looking to automate low inventory item alerts, in specific, our “shipping-boxes” which is under a specific tab in SH. This table is NOT considered inventory, so you can’t pull that much info from the API’s so after some research, when I pull a CSV through the API’s I don’t get “on-hand” count. Why is that? It’s the only thing I need from that entire table (aside from item name).

Anyone know a way around this?

Hi, @rest25, welcome to our dev community.
There are currently no API calls that allow pulling or pushing information of boxes and packaging items unless they are treated as normal SKUs.

Thank you for the quick response, any plan to get that included in the API’s? They have all the other box info aside from that, sadly.
