Two Boxes is a dedicated Returns Management System that warehouses use to receive all their returns in conjuncture with the WMS. We have an integration to Shiphero and are evaluating updating the integration. One thing that would make it more robust is the ability to receive inventory back to stock as a mutation to the return.
The documentation specifically states that only the return status can be updated but we’d like to request the ability to do this so that those receipts can be tracked against the WMS’s return rather than as distinct inventory adjustments. Looking for an understanding of what would be needed from a product/partnership POV to offer this functionality.
