On Hold Order & On Hold Inventory Qty

Hi Team,

I have clarifications to ask related to on hold order:
1.Is there any way that we can check if the item has on hold quantity when order is on hold?
2. When an order is on hold, does it affect currently the inventory item qty?

Currently, we are planning to use either hold_until_date or operator_hold to on hold the order.

Hi,

  1. Unfortunately, there is no query to gather this information.
  2. On-hold orders are at the order level. They do not affect the inventory.
