Thanks for hanging in there! Apologies for the delay.

The order allocation is created as soon as there is available stock for that order. When the order is shipped the allocations will become empty.

Hi @sh-agent,

We are seeing allocations that exist for orders that are fulfilled and also don’t exist for orders that aren’t fulfilled.
