Clear Totes given a Barcode?

Hi,
Is it possible via API to “clear Totes for given Barcode”?
That’s pretty much what my boss asked me to make, but I went through the docs/schema and couldn’t find a mutation that would do that, but maybe/hopefully I missed something…
