Community Guidelines

Building a community means creating a fair set of values that all members follow to ensure our community works effectively and in the best interest of all users.

This is a place where we can learn, build, share and work collectively to figure out those things that challenge us. If we get it right, our community will be made up of members that range from new and learning, to been here a while and knowledgeable. We’re all in this together

The rules:

  • Be kind to new users! Everyone was new once, and we all need a little guidance.
  • Try to keep the threads on-topic. If you think what you’re discussing might be a separate point, start a new thread and get some feedback there!
  • Criticism should be constructive, not offensive. Personal attacks and hate speech will not be tolerated; this includes negative comments or slurs against race, sexual orientation or gender, or threats to a user’s safety.
  • Persistent spamming of subforums or threads, or spamming of old threads will not be tolerated.
  • Distribution of personal or sensitive information about other users will not be tolerated.
  • Moderators may mark a thread as closed manually if the topic becomes out of date.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.

Posts may be deleted or locked if they break any of the above rules.

Forum posts will be removed if:

  • they contain offensive or harmful material
  • they contain personal or sensitive information about users
  • they violate any copyrights or licenses.

User accounts will be suspended if:

  • they post spam content
  • they post offensive or harmful material
  • they harass other users.
