Hi everyone, brand new to shiphero here. One of my shippers shipped an order, messed up the label count, so he added to inventory and reshipped the item, and voided the second label he created accidentally, now when i go to reship the order a second time i get “error reshipping”, is there a limit to how many times and order can be reshipped? Thanks!

You should be able to ship + re-ship as many times as needed. But the order needs to be shipped before selecting re-ship.
Do you happen to have the ID for that order? That way I can look into it.
