That is correct, we currently have an engineer working on this.
I’m assuming you are using the https://public-api.shiphero.com/auth/token endpoint when the token expires.
In that case you could use the https://public-api.shiphero.com/auth/refresh and use the refresh token instead of using the username and password
Let me know if I could provide a more detailed example about it.
