They answer but they ask this “Please ensure that you have included all the necessary details for issue analysis, including URLs, clear steps for reproduction, and the specific page you are using.”- I can understand what to say?

I got a sanbox link and a password from shiphero support. When I open the link a input form appears where I asked to put my card number. Can you explain why I should put this card number for this account. One more query, Can I connect to my shopify dev store to this sandbox account and test shiphero integration?
