Request for Sandbox Access

Hello,

Our company is starting a new integration with ShipHero. As part of our testing, we will need access to your Sandbox environment. How do we go about getting that set up?

To get sandbox access, you will need a user from the account you are integrating for to submit a request to Support@shiphero.com.

Thanks for the response. We submitted a request to that email a couple of days ago. The response we got was that the 3PL needs to submit the request on our behalf. Unfortunately, our 3PL is not very technical. But we will try our best to work with them to get the request submitted on our behalf. Any other help you can offer here would be greatly appreciated, as we are hoping to get off the ground quickly.
