Inquiry About Webhooks for Inventory Change Logs, Order Management, and Warehouse Locations

Hi Team,

I hope this message finds you well! I am reaching out to inquire about the availability of webhooks related to the following topics:

  1. Inventory Change Logs
  2. Order Management
  3. Locations Being Added in Warehouses

Additionally, I would like to know if there are any APIs available for these topics that do not have credit limits associated with them.

Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it would significantly help in streamlining our operations.

We do not work with feature requests, but I can confirm that new webhooks are not currently on the agenda.
If you would take some minutes to explain these webhooks’ specs and business purposes further, I will gladly forward the feedback internally. However, this does not mean they will be created.

Thanks for your response, we expect the following,

#1 Inventory Change Log: For each inventory update, expect the following details in a webhook:

  • Location
  • Change Reason
  • Changed By

(Note: We have referred to the Inventory Update webhook, but these details are not available.)

#2 Order Management: For every order creation and update (status changes, line item update, cancellations, etc.), we expect to receive a webhook with the full order details.

#3 Location Addition in Warehouses: When any locations are added or modified in the warehouse, we expect to receive a webhook containing the following details:

  • Warehouse
  • Location Name
  • Type
  • Pickable
  • Sellable
  • Transfer Bin
  • Pick Priority
