Production refresh token, location code and production portal access

One of our clients developers has been working in Sandbox for a while to get an integration between Fulfil.io and ShipHero live. It’s almost time to launch and we want to give them production access.

They have requested the following from us:

  1. Location code.

  2. Production Refresh Token.

  3. Production Shiphero Portal Access.

How do we give them access to this?
