Question about the Shiphero dashboard data

We are trying to understand the numbers in the Shiphero Dashboard, especially the Statistics section (attached screenshot).

Can you share with us how the “order received” and “order shipped” are calculated? Initially, I thought it is the Status “fulfilled” or not to indicate if an order is shipped, but the numbers don’t match in the Manager orders page if I input that filter.

Another question, can you please share how the timezone works for Shiphero? Looks like it is using the local timezone in the Dashboard UI. How about the APIs?

More generally, can you share with us any doc explaining the numbers in the Shiphero Dashboard (and if possible, any technical doc that explains which graphQL queries are used for these numbers and what the parameters are

The community forum is related only to ShipHero Public API. For UI-related questions, please click on the help button on the top right corner of the main page, and the ShipHero team will answer them.
Regarding the graphQL queries used, they are part of ShipHero Private API and are not shareable.
