Required_ship_date Question

For the holidays we let customer choose the date to send their order. It is usually a few weeks in the future.

Question
Does the required_ship_date value make it such that
(a) the order won’t ship until that date or
(b) that it has to ship by that date?

We want to make sure that the warehouse doesn’t ship the orders before the specific date.

Hello @Daniel_s for question a: it can ship before that date if is needed
b: it has to ship by that date before it becomes late

Are there any other variables to tell shiphero to hold the order till a certain date?
