Shiphero not updating Shopify when an order has been fulfilled

Hello,

I am new to Shiphero, but everything was working fine since one week. For some reason, when i have fulfilled an order in shiphero, it is still showing as unfulfilled in shopify
Can someone help me ? maybe a setting i changed by mistake?
