Our client is having a problem with the shipment webhook feeding the weight of the packages being sent as ounces rather than pounds. Is there any setting that can dictate pounds to be used in the shipment webhook payload rather than ounces? If there is no setting, what can be done to satisify this client’s need for pounds rather than ounces? This client is our second most in fulfillment volume in our primary warehouse.

There is currently not a setting for this to change the UOM For the webhook.
Any solution would have to be after recipt of the webhook.
