Starting 8/5/2024 API on_hand value doesn't match website

Hi, starting 8/5, we found an issue that, in the GrpahQL inventory API, returned values for some items don’t match those from web portal. For example, for SKU BDM-12019-16US, website says 92 on_hand, 92 available as of 8/9. However, API returned 94 on_hand and available. This was the amount from 8/4. It seems that since 8/4, the API has been returning on hand or available values of 9/4, instead of updated value daily.

Please let me know if there’s any workaround or look into this ASAP as it’s impacting our daily production. Thanks.

Please share an example of how you are pulling the information. If you have the request ID of the request that brought in the wrong information, that will help.
