Can anyone clarify the difference between Bills and Fulfillment Invoices in the API?
I assume the latter is for customers using ShipHero for fulfillment as well, but then what are Bills?
Additionally, what are the different possible Fee Categories?

Bills are used by our SaaS 3PL Clients to record and charge their own customers 3PL related fees.
The Fee Categories I’ve been able to observe in my test account are: Order, Purchase Order, Reoccurring, Ad Hoc, and Storage.
