Create a custom Carriers

Hi there !

I’m trying to understand what should I do in order tu create a custom carrier for my ship hero account.
I already have the carriers documentation and I know what I have to send to them in order for them to ship my orders but I don’t know how to add the carrier option in my account.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the ShipHero Developer Community!

I believe you will need to add a Generate Label Webhook, I highly recommend you read this article on our webhooks page about them.

I can go ahead and register the webhook for you if you can send the:

• Endpoint URL (Something like https://someurl.com/print-label )
• Tracking URL (Something like https://www.trackingurl.com/?MyTrakcingNumber= )
• Name of the method (Name you want to show when choosing the method)

I’ve created a Webhook for testing. Can you help me registering it?
Is the tracking URL required?

I don’t believe the tracking URL is required for testing. If you can send me the endpoint and name of the method I can add those for you!
