Delivery Status tracking

In both the API documentation and the ShipHero portal, there is no mention of the delivery status of the orders after they are placed (carrier picked up, in transit, where the order is in the shipping process, delivered to customer).

Is the information available on the ShipHero portal or via the API? Or will we have to work with PassPort shipping to get that information? Flows – Developer Resources | ShipHero

Currently, we don’t offer that information ourselves. You will need to check with the carrier.

The only thing we offer in the UI is a link to track the package on the carrier’s page. You can find it in the Shipments panel within an order.
