Orders query filter automation rule question

Hi Support,

I am wondering if I query the Orders using the order_date_from (created date) is it guaranteed that all the automation rules have finished running by the time the order can be retrieved via the API?

Thanks for reaching out!

I don’t believe there is any guarantee that automation rules will have finished running by the time it takes an order to be retrieved via the Public API. There are automation rules that can occur after order creation as well.
