Query to Indicate Order has started Picking

Hi Team,

I would like to ask what is the optimal way to indicate that the order has started picking. Because on our use case we will not allow the order to be updated once the order has started picking. I would like to clarify what query or attributes should we use on this.

There is no current way to know that by using the API, but I will create a feature request.
