We are facing an issue with shipment information while syncing from shiphero to magento. It is syncing with limited information. The below screenshot explains our issue in detail.
Missing details are Carrier, Tracking number shows NA, Status, Service Type, Weight, Expected Delivery.

The reason is that this integration is not made using the Public API, so it needs to be troubleshot differently and we might need you to share IDs or sensitive information such as account information.
