Shipment Update webhooks out of order?

We’re not getting any Shipment Update webhooks. It’s a big problem since it triggers processes in our order flow.

Will you please check and fix the problem?

Thanks for reaching out! Do you happen to have an order id we can check?
That way we can see which customer account is it and which is the endpoint for logs.

Something in your system was holding up webhooks. It looks like you have solved the issue, because we’re getting A LOT of webhook calls from you now.

Thanks for confirming that. We experienced some delay on our webhooks and should be catching up now. Our DevOps team is investigating this to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
