Something is hitting my user quota

Has the quota change from a per user account basis? I use a 3rd party api key for my deployed functions but my shiphero account in Altair GraphQL client. I have noticed my quota being consumed while making no calls. When you increased the quotas, did you change it from a per user account to a limit for the entire company account?

This is impacting our Cartrover integrations as well
