Is there a reason I have to go through support to add generate label webhooks?
(Instead of doing it through the UI/API.)
Like, is this an edge-case feature, something Shiphero plans to remove? Or something else?

Yes, there is a reason. We need to check that the webhook is legit, as we had some issues with stolen labels.
