"in the database, it should be in the following format:

2023-11-02 12:44:36-05:00 or 2023-10-16T15:40:28-05:00"

Should I send it without the addition of the “-00:00”? It would be 2023-11-15T20:59:05

Thanks for reaching out!

Time must be in input in ISO Date Format when using the Public API. Timestamps are also displayed the same way.

Acceptable Date Formats:

  • YYYY-mm-dd
  • YYYY-mm-dd HH:MM:SS
  • YYYY-mm-ddTHH:MM:SS

We adjusted please confirm it’s now accurate before I move it to PROD

I completed the adjustment. The order_date will look like this:

I can see it now. It looks fine to me.

When you have it in prod share with me, in a direct message if you prefer, an order ID you sent using it and I can look in our backend if it came in right also.
