The business I support is about to go to a multi WMS operation, where the existing warehouse will continue to use Shiphero but the 3PL we are partnering with uses their own.
Additional background: Our Shiphero integration is through Rithum (Formerly Channel Advisor). You can assume skus will be assigned to the proper warehouse (aka DC) in Channel Advisor.
Does anyone else have a use case like this? I am wondering how we are going to prevent items that are to be fulfilled out of the 3PL to NOT appear in our shiphero account to be fulfilled. I reached out to Shiphero support and Channel Advisor support and both pointed at eachother. Shiphero did suggest an automation rule to auto cancel all the order items for the 3PL but 1) I dont love that solution and 2)im not even sure what data point would come in to Shiphero on the item to create that rule.
