Unable to download labels from ShipHero

Hi Team,

Team Fashion.sa is facing issues in downloading labels.
Request you to please help them with the issue here so that they can download the label at the earliest.

Please note that we are pushing the labels to you in the correct format, however, Shiphero consumes our labels and then converts them to images.
