Where to find information on available fields to query

Hi,

I have tried many things and seems to be stuck at this point. Not sure what I am doing wrong, I have tried using cursors and going back and forth with pages. the program ran till cursor YXJyYXljb25uZWN0aW9uOjExNDk5 (which is already 11500 loop) but after that, it is throwing an error:

ConnectionError: (‘Connection aborted.’, OSError("(10060, ‘WSAETIMEDOUT’)"))

Is there any other way to get the same information (inventory report) without using GraphQL? Please let me know.
