We are preparing to transition to Paychex Flex as our payroll provider. We plan to continue using Workforce Hero within ShipHero, but we’d like to avoid employees having to duplicate their clock-ins. Is there a way to integrate the two systems so that clock-in data from Workforce Hero can automatically sync with Paychex Flex? Hello and thanks for reaching out. Currently workforce hero doesn’t have any endpoints in the API, and so a direct integration is not available. We do have feedback and feature requests submitted for this but no current ETA on availability.
You may be able to create a workaround by using data exports, but it would still be at least a partially manual process.
