Ivan previously shared this but sharing again – same issue where it truncs to 1 label when printing from Shipher. We tried the “view” then print option and saw the same issue.
Thank you all for your patience while we spent some time with our engineers. We employed our full stack engineer to work through this, but this information should help you get it straightened out. This is the flow
“You request from app → our server → we hit the carrier api (https://app.meridiangrooming.com/api/landlord/shiphero/print-label) → their server hits easypost → easypost returns that format to their server → they return the label to us → we return it to the app.
When easypost returns the label to them, they need to format the pdf and paginate it, before sending the asset back to us”
