I am using Shiphero with a multi-warehouse fulfillment service, receiving orders through my Shopify store. However, shipping costs displayed to the customer during checkout are calculated internally through Shopify, and can be based on one shipping location only, which creates discrepancies on pricing. The Shopify technical team communicated that ShipHero does have an API that can communicate Carrier Calculated Shipping rates to the customer during the checkout process. This would ideally obtain potential shipping rates from my two warehouses, and then propose the lower rate to the customer before the purchase is made. However, I am not seeing a way to enable this functionally… Can someone point me in the right direction?
