Declined Credit Card duplicates products

Hi.
We are using Woocommerce, and we have just noticed that when someone is trying to pay and his credit card gets declined → this action duplicates all the products in SHIPHERO by the amount of times he failed with his payment. Please have a look at the at the attached screenshots below. Everything in WOOCOMMERCE is perfectly fine. It is just the SHIPHERO making duplicates that we have issues with.

Please advise on what to do.
