WooCommerce + ShipHero Order Syncing Issues

Hiya Guys,
So, i have just connected my Wordpress store (WooCommerce) to Shiphero, the API seems to be fine, if i check connection it shows everything as connected but it does not pull any orders through.
Could someone please advise if i am missing something painfully obvious, we were sold on this solution as more or less a plug and play.

Any help is appreciated.

Check if order statuses or sync settings are blocking the import.
You can also try Commercium: Commercium by constaCloud — support responds quickly.
