When we Query order there is a field " packing_note " but it’s missing in UpdateOrderInput, how we can update this field?

That is correct, right now it is not editable through the UpdateOrderInput, but we are planning on adding it in the short term with some missing fields we have.
We already mapped the ones that we are missing and we will be adding it shortly.
